Bathory Biografía

Bathory fue un grupo sueco de black metal, considerado uno de los pioneros en los géneros del black metal y el viking metal. El nombre del grupo proviene de la "condesa sangrienta": Erzsébet Báthory. Historia Bathory se formó en Estocolmo en el año 1983 por el entonces joven de 18 años conocido como Quorthon (antes tuvo otros sobrenombres como "Black Spade" o "Ace Shoot"), cuyo nombre real era Tomas Forsberg. Tras muchos cambios en la formación y en el nombre, el grupo permaneció con el nombre de Bathory. Ese mismo año, Quorthon consiguió asegurarse el consentimiento del jefe de Tyfon Grammofon para grabar dos pistas para el recopilatorio Scandinavian Metal Attack. Esas pistas llamaron, inesperadamente, la atención de los fans. Poco después, Tyfon Grammofon se puso en contacto con Quorthon para ofrecerle la grabación de un álbum completo.Mucha gente llego a catolagar a Bathory como viles imitadores de VENOM, pero con el tiempo cada banda quedo en el lugar que le corresp
